Model System Strategic Planning On The Information Industry Broadcasting Televisi Approaches To Blue Ocean Strategy And Balanced scorecard

The high level of competition in the broadcast media company in Indonesia at this time, especially television, creating a business strategy needs to survive. Almost all the broadcast media utilize IT in the operational activities. However, the ability of planning, management and implementation of the SI / IT associated with the business strategy the company is still less applied. This is evident from the output of each program broadcast TV stations pick the color and variety are the same. Innovation and product differentiation does not appear where between one station with other stations that produce similar products but not the same. Audien when they consist of many layers, cultural and social background, which certainly has a different taste, and this is an opportunity that needed to more carefully. Strategic Planning Information System is now one of the key in the achievement of the target company, because it must be in tune with the business strategy that run. Model of Strategic Planning Information System, which will be discussed in this study is to use business strategy Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) integrated with the Balanced scorecard (BSC). With the characteristics of the BOS and torture, this model is the model to the needs of Strategic Planning Information System in the television industry that are dynamic, innovative, and high-level competition with the achievement of measurable results and comprehensive. This model is implemented in the PSSI Child Space Toon TV. The results of this study show a model of PSSI TV broadcasting industry in tune with the business strategy. Components of the broadcast industry is caught in the curve value BOS mapped into 4 BSC perspective, persepektif namely financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. The results of this mapping needs further mengelaborasi SI / IT strategy in line with the business of BOS using four BSC perspectives. Needs SI / IT, which then appear in inventarisir to be run in accordance with the strategic management of SI / IT-it.
